02 May 2025 Apostille et légalisation, une nouvelle mission de service public pour les notaires

Depuis le 1er mai 2025, la légalisation qui peut être exigée pour qu’un acte public français puisse produire ses effets à l’étranger sera prise en charge par les notaires. La formalité de l’apostille leur sera également transférée au 1er septembre 2025.

Un arrêté publié au Journal officiel le 29 mars dernier prévoit la prise en charge des frais afférents aux travaux aidés.
